Give owners the detail behind the month.

Owners can review published rental statements for their residence, see the supporting income and deductions, and download statement PDFs. The finances view brings monthly statements and posted account activity together.

Owners only see the residences and published information they are authorized to access.

Review before you publish.

Staff prepare draft statements from supported PMS data or exports, review the residence mapping and fee treatment, and check the figures before publication.

Drafts stay available to staff reviewers until they are published. This gives your team room to resolve missing records and accounting questions before the owner sees a statement.

Keep balances and monthly activity clear.

Show recorded balances with an as-of date, and present the month’s account activity separately. Rental statement postings are distinguished from other charges and credits so the same income is not counted twice.

Missing balances, incomplete data, and unavailable currency conversions remain visible as pending information. A missing figure is never silently presented as zero.

Work with your existing records.

EvenBook can use supported system connections and report imports to prepare statements. Property setup establishes residence mappings, fee rules, currencies, and the accounting source of record.

Your statement workflow does not have to wait for rental rotation. We agree the data and review process that each property needs.
